Studio space

Every artist has their workspace, some bigger or more elaborate than others. As an apartment dweller, my space isn't big or fancy, but I wanted to share it anyway :)

First, we have my "drying" space. Being a pastel user, I see this spot more often for artistic reasons than what it was originally intended for (laundry, I think). I do have to be careful when running the washer, it shakes and makes me so nervous... Thankfully no pony toppled from that so far (knock on wood).

Then there's my workspace, aka the dining table. It's probably a good thing I work in a high traffic area, makes me keep it (semi) clean. Generally I work on the lazy Susan, but my things do expand off of it frequently. I think the lazy Susan is my favorite part of my "studio", it's so useful and the horses on it help me stay inspired.

Lastly, I have the belly of the beast. My storage area is pretty small as well, just a drawer' s worth of space. It's hard to believe from the picture, but I do have a system for it (the system just goes out the window during projects, I promise I'll straighten it after NaMoPaiMo).
